All Felli products are covered by a 1-Year Warranty. Please note that any damages or shipping complaints must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.

 

 

 

Regarding your return and refund request, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the unwanted items back to our California warehouse:

Please note that the return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund once we receive the items.
