  • Damages of shipping complaints must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
  • All defects, if any, will not be recognized unless the claim thereof is reported to Free-Free (USA), Inc., within 14 days of the receipt of goods.
  • No refund on shipping and handling charges.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Warranty does not cover any damages due to accidents, misuse, or negligence.
  • All goods returned must first obtain a RMA number from the seller with a copy of the invoice attached.
  • Currently we do not ship to international locations other than U.S. Territories and Canada
