Refund & Return

All Felli products are covered by a 1-Year Warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear. Please note that any damages or shipping complaints must be reported within 72 hours of receipt.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders at this time. All international sales are final. Please review your order carefully before placing it.

 

 

Clearance & Final Sale Exceptions:

Clearance sale items are exempt from our general return policy. In the event of a return based on preference or change of mind, shipping fees are strictly non-refundable, and any return shipping expenses will be borne by the customer and deducted from the refund amount.

Regarding your return and refund request, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send the unwanted items back to our California warehouse:
